Conductor includes an interface with Ti3's FasTime and various time clock system in the basic product, no extra add-ons are required.
The following time clock solutions have been tested and are directly supported by Conductor:
Cignify Corporation's PeopleNet software and SIM timeclocks
TimeClock Plus software
Additional products may be used to create an import file for Conductor, provided the import file meets the following format requirements:
Plain ASCII text file, comma delimited, no quotes used for text fields. One line per record, in the following format

| Job Number | Numeric. Each employee may be on multiple orders. |
| Department Code | Alphanumeric |
| Period Ending | 4-digit year, slashes as delimiters. Example: 04/11/2000) |
| Regular Hours | With decimals for 1/100 of the hour. Example: 40.25 |
| Overtime Hours | With decimals for 1/100 of the hour. Example: 40.25 |
| Doubletime Hours | With decimals for 1/100 of the hour. Example: 40.25 |
